This house was recently featured in Smartlife International magazine. It uses a NetStreams DigiLinX / NaimNet multi-room AV
and home automation system.
CDs can be loaded onto the NaimNet server and up to 6 can be played back at once in any combination of the 11 rooms.The
NaimNet tuner is operated from the touch screens shows the DAB meta data (scrolling text info) on the touch screens. The
house has a Cinema Room that can view Sky HD and BluRay HD. The Study and 2 Bedrooms can view Sky and BluRay in HD.
The rooms can be linked and controlled as one room. Any of the rooms can be controlled from any of the touch-screens.
The touch screens have an intercom which allows inter-room calls and room monitoring (if enabled). When the door-bell rings, the chime
plays in selected rooms. The touch screens can be used to speak to the caller and release the gate. The gate CCTV camera can be
viewed on the touch screens. There are 3 more recorded CCTV cameras to monitor the house.

The gate entry system and vandal proof CCTV camera are shown on the left.
The touch-screens can be used to speak to the caller, view the caller (see right) and release the gate.

The Cinema Room has a 1080p/24 60 inch TV, floor standing front speakers , in-ceiling
rears and a sub-woofer. The Onkyo Surround Amplifier, Sky HD and BluRay are hidden away in the main rack.

The 2nd bedroom has a 1080 line TV and can view BluRay and Sky in high definition, browse
and select music from the CD server and control the DAB radio. All of this functionality can be accessed from the touch screen.

NetStreams DigiLinX equipment is shown on the right.
